论医改后高校医院的发展方向

On the Trend of Development for Reformed Hospitals in Universities

通过高校教职工健康状况的调查,反映教职工以慢性非传染性疾病高发,教授的健康状况更令人担忧,亚健康状态占69.18%,论述了开展预防、医疗、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育六位一体的社区卫生服务模式是医改后高校医院的发展方向。结合其他高校医改后的经验,提出了我校社区卫生服务的具体设想,旨在让教职工享受到低廉的医疗费用,优质的服务,提出了校医院的发展思路。

A survey of the physical condition of faculties and staff members in colleges and universities,shows that there is a high incidence in chronic and noninfective diseases among them, and the condition is even worse among professors, with a rate of subhealth accounting for 69.18%. This paper deals with the pattern the integration of community health services,including precautions, medical service, medical care, convalescence, health education, and family planning and points out that it is the very prospect for the reformed hospitals. In addition, after referring to the experience from other institutions, the author propounds some specific ideas about the establishment of local community health service with the only purpose of benefiting all the faculties and staff members with lower medical cost but superior service. The fundamental way out for the reformed hospital lies in development.
