摘要
运用增量求解的非线性有限元分析方法 ,采用扩展的拉格朗日算法和库仑摩擦模型计算液压扳手中的摩擦接触问题 ,得到了液压扳手应力应变精确的数值解 ,通过分析发现该产品应力应变不均布 ,存在应力集中区域 ,而其余不少区域应力和应变较小 ,材料富余。讨论了扳手在不同工况下的应变情况 ,为我国液压扳手的自主设计和结构优化提供了依据。
It analyzes the stress and strain distributions of the hydraulic torque wrench with the 3D nonlinear FEM and the contact model. The numerical results illustrate that the distributions of stress and strain are not even. There are some areas of stress concentration where the stress level seems to be high and may cause the strength problems. The materials at other areas with low stress can be reduced or optimized. It discusses the strain subjected to any possible condition comprehensively.
