摘要
介绍了利用过氧化氢浸锰—氰化浸银新工艺处理锰银矿的工艺研究。当控制锰浸出率96%时,银的浸出损失率<2%;浸锰渣采用氰化法提银,NaCN用量1kg t渣、浸出时间6h,银浸出率达94 96%。浸锰—氰化两步浸出银的回收率大于93%。
The technique with H2O individual leaching Mn and Ag from MnAg complex ore is investigated. Leached Mn percentage of 96% along with Ag loss less than 2%, the residues from leaching process of Mn are employed for Ag extraction by cyanidation in NaCN 1 kg?t residues and mixing time for 6 h with leached Ag percentage of 9496%. The Ag recovery more than 93% in two operational steps, leaching manganese and cyanidation can be obtained.
