摘要
用HNO3和HCl消解烟草样本,在pH为4.2的乙酸—乙酸钠介质中,微量硼与铍试剂Ⅲ形成紫红色络合物,方法灵敏度高,简便易掌握,方法检出限为0.04 μg/ml,线性范围为0~0.4 μg/ml,完全能满足烟草中微量硼的测定要求。
Nitrifying and dissolving tobacco samples by HNO3 and HCl, trace B and Be Reagent Ⅲ react and change into purplish red complex compound in acetic acid-sodium acetate medium with pH 4.2. The method, with high sensitivity, simplicity, detection limit 0.04 μg/ml, and linear range 0~ 0.4 μg/ml, can completely meet the needs of determination of trace B in tobacco.
