摘要
本文采用废炉渣吸附处理中成药生产废水,研究了停留时间、废水浓度、炉渣颗粒度等对吸附处理效率及吸附容积负荷的影响。试验测得煤渣对中、高浓度中药废水的CODcr去除率约为30~45%。其作为前置预处理对废水有良好的稳定作用,不失为一种以废治废的可行办法。
The process of treating wastewater from traditional Chinese medicine preparation process with slag-adsorption was studied and the effects of HRT, COD concentration and particle size of slag on the removal rate and volume loading were discussed. The results of test showed that CODcr removal rate of medium, high concentration wastewater could reach 30-45%, so this process could be used for pretreatment of the wastewater.
