锚杆静压桩在加固加层危房中的应用研究

通过武汉市某船厂一危房地基地固工程实例，介绍了锚杆静压桩的应用范围、工作机理和设计施工，总结出锚杆静压桩托换技术的许多优点，籍此说明该技术用于地基加固、托换等方面具有较高的实用价值，是值得推广的地基基础加固处理新方法，以及锚杆静压桩的施工工艺和施工中应注意的问题。
