紫露草微核技术检测化妆品的致突变性 被引量:9

摘要 本文用紫露草微核技术检测了10种化妆品的致突变性。结果表明,Y牌冷烫精诱发的紫露草微核率随剂量增加而呈线性增加;特效祛斑灵、速效粉刺露在高、中剂量组诱发的紫露草微核率明显高于对照组。提示这3种化妆品对紫露草生殖细胞遗传基因有损伤作用,其致突变效应应引起重视。H牌生发液、K牌洗发精、护发素、S牌花露水、防晒水、收缩水和洗面奶各剂量组的微核率与对照组相比,均无显著差异,提示这7种化妆品对紫露草生殖细胞遗传基因没有损伤作用,可安全使用。 The mutagenicities of 10 kinds of cosmetics have been determined by Tradescantia micronucleus technique here. The results show that the Tradescatttia micronucleus frequency induced by Y cold wave agent shows linear increase with the increase of dosage. And the Tradescantia micronucleus frequencies induced by specific removal flecks agent and acne agent quick results of high and middle dosage groups are significantly higher than that of the control group. It suggests that these 3 kinds of cosmetics damage the genetic gene of germ cells of Tradescantia. Their mutagenicities should be paid more attention to. The Tradescantia micronucleus frequencies induced by H agent for hair growth, K shampoo, hair-conditioner, S toilet water, anti-sunburn water, cosmetics shrink water and washing milk of every dosage group show no significant difference in contrast with control group. It suggests that these 7 kinds of cosmetics have no damage effect on genetic gene of germ cells of Tradescantia. They can be used safely.
