摘要
对固定的污水采样点进行十年沙门氏菌动态观察。采集470份标本,有411份检出了沙门氏菌,检出率87.45%。在检出的465株沙门氏菌中分属6群13个菌型,以德尔卑、阿哥纳与鸭沙门氏菌多见。逐年监测可见菌型呈规律性变化:一种流行菌型经3~4年流行高峰,让位于原第二位菌型;再经3~4年流行高峰又被新菌型所取代。污水与人体菌型分布密切相关,各时期主导菌型相同,但菌谱略有差异。
Observation on the 10 years' changes of Salmonella types from fixed Pollution water spots, has heen done.465 strains of Salmonella which have 13 serotyPes or 6 groups, S.derby S.agona and S. anotum as the dominant strains have been isolated from 411 of 470 specimens ( 87.45% ) . Our results showed that; 1 dominant strain had a epidemic Peak of 3-4 years,then another took the place instead of the former, also had a Period of 3-4 yeays and then was taken Place by another newer. The distribution of types in pollution water had a close relation with that in human,the dominants were the same in the same period but the spectrums had a litlle differeme.
