中国共产党对外经济思想的一次飞跃——中国加入WTO与中国共产党认识的演变

A Leap of the CCP's Foreign Economy --China Joining WTO and Evolution of the CCP's Understandings of It

本文从历史和中国共产党认识演变的角度,回顾从1948年5月中国成为关贸总协定的23个原始缔约国之一,到2001年11月加入世界贸易组织这50多年里,中国与世界经济的关系所发生的变化,以及产生这种变化的主客观原因。同时,通过论述这种变化,证明中国共产党在对外关系方面的成熟和理论贡献,这就是:第一,正确解决了社会主义国家怎样与资本主义世界共同发展问题;第二,正确解决了中国发展能否和怎样借助于国外资源和国外市场问题。

From the angle of history and the evolution of the CCP's understandings, this paper reviewed the changes of relations between China and the world economy in the past 50 years from China becoming one of the original signatories to General Agreement of Trade and Tariff in May 1948 to it joining WTO in November 2001 . By discussing these changes, the author indicates that the CCP's foreign economic thoughts have been ripe gradually. The CCP not only solves the problem of the socialist states developing commonly with the capitalist states, but also settles the question of China utilizing foreign resources and markets.
