张静如先生是中共党史研究大家。在50年代,张先生即出版第一部李大钊研究专著,是中国李大钊研究的开创者。张先生是70年代末恢复李大钊历史地位的首倡者,80年代以来开拓李大钊研究新局面的指导者和组织者,带动了国内外李大钊研究的发展。

Professor Zhang Jingru is a famous expert on the CCP history studies. In the 1950s, he published his first book on Li Dazhao and became the initiator of China's research on Li Dazhao. In the late 1970s, Professor Zhang initiated to rehabilitate Li Dazhao's place in the CCP history. From the 1980s, he not only devoted himself to the study of Li Dazhao, but also organized many nationwide academic discussions and promoted the development of domestic and overseas studies on Li Dazhao.
