在当前社会主义市场经济的大背景下 ,人的主体性意识空前突出 ,思想政治教育工作要做到求实创新 ,决不能忽视人的需要。以需要为切入点 ,以需要的心理学和哲学理论为指导 ,通过阐述思想政治教育的创新和人的需要之间的相互关系 ,试图说明需要在充分调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性 。

In the grand background of socialist market economy, man's subjective consciousness manifests itself prominently, this demands that while seeking truth and innovation in ideological and political work, man's need should not be neglected. This article interprets the correlation between man's need and ideological and political education innovation by taking need as the angle of introduction and need psychology and philosophical theory as guidance. It attempts to illustrate the great importance of need in fully mobilizing man's initiative and creativity and realizing the aim of ideological and political education.
