民主问题简论

A Brief Discussion of Democracy Problem

民主的原则是承认多数人的权利并按多数人的意志管理国家和社会事务 ,民主的目标是追求社会公正和实现社会整体利益的最大化。在现代社会 ,由于各种因素的制约 ,民主的政治实践正遭遇着诸多“尴尬”。民主目标实现的前提只能是公有制 ,虽然社会主义国家在民主建设过程中存在许多问题 ,但只要是按社会主义本质运行 ,按党的宗旨要求去做 。

The principle of democracy is the recognition of the rights of the great majority and the management of state and social affairs according to the will of the great majority, the aim of democracy is to seek social justice and realize maximum social integrative interest. In modern society, with the restriction of various elements, the political practice of democracy is often in 'trouble'. The only prerequisite to realize democratic aim is public ownership, though there exist many problems in the democratic construction in socialist countries, we're certain to be able to infinitely approach the real aim of democracy if we work with a socialist nature and in accordance with the party's aim.
