Perfecting the Teaching Sectors and Improving the Student's Ability of the Theory study

理论学习能力是大学生必须养成的基本能力之一 ,这一能力的培养需要教师的积极指导与科学引导。文章根据作者从事管理学教学的经验和习得 ,从加强科学理论基本知识教育。

Theory study is one of the basic ability of the college students,the training of which needs the teacher's scientific guide and instruction.This paper discusses how to perfect teaching sectors and how to improve the students ability of theory study from two aspects:strengthening the basic knowledge of science and theory,and enhancing the education of the scientific methodology based on the author's experiences of the teaching of the management theory.
