摘要
本研究制备了在 165℃× 10min条件下交联的机械共混羟基磷灰石和硅橡胶生物材料 ,并通过动态凝血试验、溶血率测定、血小板粘附的SEM观察等方法评价了羟基磷灰石与硅橡胶复合材料的血液相容性。结果表明 ,含 60

Inthispaper ,HAandSRweremixedbymachine ,andthencrosslinkedonthepressvulcanizerat165℃for10min .Therela tionshipbetweentheHAcontentincompositematerialsandbloodcompatibilitywasidentifiedbythedynamicblood clotting tests,haemolysisratiomeasurement,plateletadhesionandSEMobservation .Theresultsshowthattheblood compatibilityof compositemembraneswiththeconcentrationofHA 60 % (wt)ismoreexcellentthanthatofotherHA SRcompositematerials.
