我国非营利组织较之以前有了巨大的发展 ,同时 ,非营利组织发展所必要的法律制度、社会支持、文化背景和经济基础等不够健全 ,存在政社不分、经费不足、人才缺乏、法律不健全等问题 。

Although the non-profitable organizations in our country have achieved great progress,they still need perfect legal system , cultural background and economic basis.And problems of indistinction of government and association, inadequacy of funds , deficiency of talents and incompletion of laws are awaiting solution for the development of non-profitable organizations.
