摘要
企业为了提高竞争能力 ,获得竞争的优势 ,往往需要管理咨询公司来解决企业许多问题 ,如何选择一个适合的管理咨询公司 ,与之顺利合作 ,达到其目的呢 ?作者在文中对此问题进行了初步探讨。
Management consultative company is needed more often than not to solve a lot of problems arising in enterprise management so as to increase enterprise's competitive power and force it standing on competitive edge. This paper approaches the issue of how to choose a management consultative company suitable for successful cooperation and solution of problems.
