摘要
教师的思维活动也是一个信息加工的过程.从数学学科的特点和儿童学习数学的心理规律出发可以确定中学数学教师的观念体系.集体座谈、引发认知冲突、鼓励认知顺应、中外教育比较是培育数学教师观念的有效方法.
The thinking activity of a teacher is a kind of information process. Teachers beliefs influence their teaching behavior as well as students learning behavior. We define the belief system of the middle school math teacher on the basis of the characteristics of mathematics and the law of math learning. Such system can be cultivated by organizing discussion, making conflicts,urging cognitive adaptation and comparing with instructions in other countries.
