利用MATLAB强大的科学运算能力与高质量的图形可视化功能模拟超计算晶格纵向输运问题 ,结果与实验数据吻合 。
The characteristics of superlattice vertical transport were simulated for MATLAB of powerful scientific calculation and function with high quality and visual image. The results exactly agree with the experiment results. It reveals the relations of physical quantities.
