摘要
目的 设计一种新型股骨动力加压带锁髓内钉。方法 设计不同尾翼形状及规格的动力加压型股骨带锁髓内钉模型,模拟骨折手术,将之与意大利产Orthofix股骨带锁髓内钉进行抗旋转力学实验比较。结果 (1)外带锁静力型髓内钉固定的抗旋转能力明显好于内带锁型髓内钉;(2)不同尾翼宽度内带锁髓内钉之间的抗旋转能力有显著差异;(3)不同尾翼形状内带锁髓内钉之间的抗旋转能力无显著差异。结论 新型的动力加压带锁髓内钉有一定的优点:纵向动力加压作用;一定的横向抗旋转作用;断钉可能性小;一定的抗退钉作用;一次手术完成动力加压,操作更加方便。
Objective To design a new-typed dynamic compression interlocking intramedullary nail for femur. Methods Dynamic compression interlocking intramedullary nail models with different tail shape and specifications for femur were disigned and were compared with the nails made by Orthofix, Italy in the simulate operation. Results (1) The anti-rotation of motionless ex-tralocking intramedullary nails is much stronger than that of dynamic compression intramedullary nails. (2) A significant difference in anti-rotation among the interlocking intramedullary nails with different tail width. (3)No significant difference in anti-rotation a-mong the interloking intramedullary different nails with different tail shape. Conclusions The newly-designed dynamic compression interlocking intramedullary nails have such advantages of being effective in longitudinal compression; effective in transverse anti-rotation; less possible of the nail breaking,and they simplified the operation by accomplishing dynamic compression within the operation .
