确炎舒松-A对断指再植后感觉功能恢复的影响

Effect of triamcinolone acetonidi acetate on sensory function restoration after replantation of severed finger

目的评价确炎舒松-A对断指再植后感觉功能恢复的影响。方法选择23例24指因切割伤行断指再植的病例,对照组13例14指,治疗组10例10指。治疗组按指神经走行,于离断平面近端1cm正常组织处的指神经周围注射确炎舒松-A0.3ml和0.5%布比卡因0.2ml,并分别于手术后第3个月、6个月和12个月时进行感觉功能评价。结果3个月时治疗组和对照组感觉功能恢复无统计学差异(P>0.05);6个月和12个月,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论指神经周围注射确炎舒松-A有利于断指再植后的感觉功能恢复。

O bj ective To evaluate the effect of triamcinolone acetonidi acetate on sensory func tion restoration after re-plantation of amputated finger.Methods Twenty-four fingers of23cases suffered from incised wound were selected for replantation o f amputated finger.10fingers of10cases were included in the therapy group, and14fingers of13cases in the control group.According to digital nerve trac k,the suspension of0.3ml triamcinolone acetonidi acetate and0.2ml0.5% bupivacaine were injected around digital nerve at normal tissue1cm near to prox imal amputated section.Results There was no significant difference in restorati on of sensory function between the control and therapy group in the third month ( P>0.05).Effect on therapy group was better than that of in control gr oup in the6th and12th month( P<0.05).Conclusion It may promote improvement of sensory function aft er replantation of am-putated finger that injecting triamcinolone acetonidi ace tate around digital nerve.
