目的 :观察颈 5神经阻滞用于肩锁部手术的效果 ,并与颈丛及臂丛肌间沟神经阻滞法比较。方法 :肩锁部手术 30例 ,随机分为A组 (颈 5神经阻滞法 )、B组 (颈丛神经阻滞法 )、C组 (臂丛肌间沟阻滞法 ) ,观察 3组的麻醉效果及并发症发生率。结果 :A组麻醉效果明显好于B、C两组 ,且并发症亦低于B、C两组。结论 :三种方法均可用于肩锁部手术 ,但颈

Objective: To observe the effect of 5th cervical block in shoulder and cervical operation, and compare with brachial plexus block cervical route.Method: All 30 cases shoulder and cervical operation were divided into three group. A group (5th cervical block). B group (cervical plexus bolck) C group (cervical plexus block) and then observe the anesthesia effect and the complication rate.Result: The anesthesia effect in A group is superior to B and C group and there's fewer complication.Conclusion: The above three methods applied to the operation waile, 5th cervical block effect is accurate.
