硬膜外导管给药在前列腺术后镇痛中的应用

Application of drug given through epidural conduit for postoperative analgesia after operation of prostate

目的 :研究经硬膜外导管给药治疗患者前列腺切除术后疼痛的价值。方法 :对 4 2例前列腺术后患者保留硬膜外导管 ,通过导管向硬膜外腔注射吗啡 ,布比卡因 ,地塞米松混合液。结果 :4 0例患者均无疼痛发生 (显效 ) ,2例患者仅有轻微疼痛发生 (有效 ) ,总有效 10 0 %。结论 :经硬膜外导管给药可以有效治疗前列腺切除术后疼痛 ,且具有效果好 ,副作用小等特点。

Objective:to study the clinical value of drug given through epidural conduit for postoperative analgesia after operation of prostate. Methods:epidural conduit was performed in 42 postoperation patiens.Mixture used was composed of morphine,bupivacanine hydrochochloride and DXM.Results:There was no pains occurring in 40 patients and 2 cases had slight pains. Conclusion:Drug given through epidural conduit can relieve pains after operation of prospate.It was characterized by effeciacy and less side effect.
