目的 :探讨老年患者上消化道出血的特点及治疗措施。方法 :回顾分析 72例老年患者上消化道出血的临床表现。结果 :老年患者上消化道出血以消化性溃疡多见 ,胃癌发病率增高 ,死亡率高。结论 :老年患者上消化道出血有其特殊性 ,治愈率低 ,死亡率高。因此 ,及早诊断 ,重视对原发病及伴随病的处理 。

Objective: to investigate clinincal characteristics and treatment upper gastrointestinal Characteristic in the old aged patient. Method: Reviewe analyses Clinical characteristic of 72 Old aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Results: Old aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage see more in order to the peptic ulcer, incidence of gastric cancer on the Old aged patients increase high, the death rate is high. Conclusion: It has its particularity of the old patient's upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, the cure rate is low, Death rate is high. So, diagnose early, pay attention to the treatment of original and companion illness, can obviously turn down the death rate.
