本文试图概述南方砂金矿床中胶结层的性质、成因和分布。它对评价地质储量和采金船生产所造成的影响,探讨处理胶结层的途径,并提出建议。

This paper made a description of the genesis, property and distribution of cemented layer in alluvial gold mines at the south part of China. The effects of cemented layer on the evaluation of geological reserves and dredging operation were analysed and the suggestion for its disposal was put forward by the author.
