摘要
本文就铜陵市五座全泥氰化选金厂生产实践,提高选金回收率所采取的措施归纳为:采用自磨工艺替代常规二段一闭路碎矿流程;增加充气与搅拌提高浸出率;消除有害离子影响,严格控制pH值提高回收率;强磁选铁综合利用等。
In this paper, the experiences of improving gold recovery in the 5 all-sliming cyaniding mills of Tongling City were summed up as the adoption of a few measures, ie the employment of autogenous grinding in stead of two conventional stages of ore crushing system (in which one stage was of closed circuit) , increasing leaching rate by means of strengthening aeration and agitation, removing harmful effects of ions, strictly controlling of pH value and intensifying magnetic concentration, synthetical utilization of iron etc.
