摘要
图书馆是一个发展着的机构,经历了藏书楼和图书馆两个阶段。现在,图书馆的定义有很大的局限性,因此得不到大家的公认。笔者认为知识馆的概念更加准确,并定义为:把广泛搜集到的信息整序成知识,并进行知识管理和提供知识服务的科学、文化、教育系统。
Library is a developing institution, which goes through two stages: storied building and library. Now,the definition of library can not be accepted by everybody because of its limitation. Therefore, the author gives a more precise definition 'knowledge paradise':know ledge paradise is a science,literature and education system that includes transforming widely-collected information to knowledge, managing knowledge and offering knowledge serving.
