摘要
随着知识时代图书馆工作的实质性改变和新技术在图书馆中的应用,传统职能部门化的组织结构已越来越不适应图书馆的发展。将组织结构变革为有机的、柔性的团队组织,实施有效的团队管理方法,才能实现图书馆的长远发展目标。
With the substantive changes of library work in the knowledge era and new technology applied in the library, traditional organization structure of functional departments is incompatible with the growth of the library. We will realize the long-term objectives of the library,if we turn organization structure into organic and flexible team organization and carry out effective methods of team management.
