摘要
针对传统氰化提金工艺能耗高、浸出速度慢、流程较长等问题,进行了边磨边浸氰化提金新工艺的研究,塔式磨浸机是该工艺的核心设备。本文论述了塔式磨浸机的构造、工作原理、基本设计过程及主要技术特点。试验结果表明,与同规模CIP工艺的磨浸工序相比,利用该设备提金,磨矿效率可由原来的9.3kg/kW·h提高到24.5kg/kW·h,浸出时间由几十个小时降至1.5h,磨浸工序电耗为30kW·h/t矿,节电60%左右,工艺流程也大大简化。
Directed against the Problems existed in the conventional cyanide process, such as high energy consumption, low leaching rate and complicated Process flowsheet, a study of gold recovery by cyanide leaching while Pulverizing was made. In this way, the tower Pulverizing-lcaching mill was the key equipment to this technology. In this paper,the construction, work Principle, basic design and main technical characteristics of the tower Pulverizing-leaching mill were discussed. Comparing with the working procedure of grinding and leaching of the same scale ores in CIP Process.the Pulverizing efficiency was raised from 9.3kg/kwh to 24.5kg/kwh, leaching time was reduced to 1.5 hours, electricity consumption was cut down about 60% and the Process flowsheet was short-cut.
