摘要
对气浮法处理煤矿井下排水进行了试验研究.试验结果表明:气浮法加过滤处理煤矿井下排水,当悬浮物含量小于500mg/L,水温为15℃,溶气压力为0.30MPa时,实际溶气效率大于70%,反应最佳GT值在13000~18000之间,添加剂投量以0.1~0.3mg/L为宜;回流比的增加可提高处理效率,混凝剂用量的增加可提高处理的水质,处理后的水质可满足工业用水要求.该工艺处理效率高,投资省,占地少,投药量少,是一种简便实用可行的处理方法.
The experiments of mine wastewater o f air floatation are presented.The r esults show that it can be acceptable when suspended solids in water <500mg /L,water temperature at 15℃,air dissolving pressure =0.30Mpa,practical a ir dissolving efficiency >70%,optimed GT value of reactions between 13000~18000,and additive imposement between 0.1~0.3mg /L.Rec-ycling rate improvement and more coagulant usage will lead to higher quality of treated water.This technology is simplified,feasible and economical,with high e fficiency.
