部门费用管理是电力试研所管理信息系统(MIS系统)整体规划的一部分.它的基本工作原理是利用数据库完成对费用管理(包括材料费、办公费、卫生费、交通费、低耗费等)进行一体化管理,实现各种费用从登记、录入到编制、统计、查询、报表输出,最终完成部门费用管理,达到整个处理过程的自动化.运行于Intranet上,以Web方式提供简单易学的操作界面,方便地进行数据库管理,快速地进行检索查询.系统采用浏览器/服务器模式(B/S),面向对象的程序设计方法.采用MicrosoftvisualInterdev6.0作为开发工具,利用Microsoft的两项关键技术———IIS和ASP.选择水晶报表作为完成MIS系统Web化的报表生成工具,包括Crystalreportserver,Crystalreportdesigner和Crystalreportview.网络操作系统是WindowsNTServer4.0中文版,数据库是OracleforWindowsNT8.0.

The section expenses management system in Ningxia Electric Power Test &R esearch Institute,whose basic working theory is to make use of database tech nique to complete the all and the one e xpenses management (including the material ex-penses,the official business expen ses,the sanitarian expenses,the ur ban traffic expenses and the low -loss expenses etc.).Each and every different expense,from th e registration and transcription,t o weaving,statistics,query,outpu t reports,and finally to complete expenses management,is ro boticized in process.And the manage ment system runs on Internet,uses We b technique and provides simply and easily working w indows.Thus manage data base,query and searching can be operated rapidl y.The design of the system adopts the B /S(Browse /Server)mode,to treat with datas.The soft design uses method with Open Objects.Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.0is used as develo ping tool adopting two pivotal technology of the Microsoft,IIS(Internet Information Server)and ASP(Active Server Pages).Crystal report is selected to compl ete the Web report of Mis,which conta ins Crystal report server,Crystal report designer and Crystal report view.Oracle For Windows NT 8.0is used as data base,and Win dows NT Server4.0as operation system.
