焦油氨水分离槽的失稳失效分析

Buckling Failure Analysis of Tar and Ammonia Water Separation Hopper

本文对某单位的焦油氨水分离槽的失效原因进行了分析,通过计算得知其失效形式为外压容器失稳,同时提出了对焦油氨水分 离槽设计的改进措施。

In this paper, the analysis of the failure cause of the hopper for separating tar from the ammonia water was carried out. Through the calculation, it was known that the cause of the failure is the buckling of the hopper shell. Then, the improvement of the design for the hopper was proposed.
