摘要
通过试验研究了某热电厂服役23年的12Cr1MoV主蒸汽管道强度、韧性、蠕变断裂强度等材料性能的变化,并经金相检验确定材 料所受损伤为中度球化,最后预测材料还有9.3万小时剩余寿命。
Through the test, the changes occurred in the strength, toughness and creep rupture strength of the main steam piping made of 12CrlMoV with 23 years service were researched. From the metallography examination, it was determined that material damage was caused by spheroidization of carbides, and expected residue life of the material was nearly 9. 3(104 hours.
