双水相法萃取精制乳酸钙的研究

Study of Purification of Calcium Lactate by Two-phase Extraction

采用双水相萃取的方法提取精制乳酸钙 ,研究了在聚乙二醇 (PEG) -磷酸盐双水相体系中PEG相对分子质量、PEG含量等因素对乳酸钙分配系数及提取率的影响 ,并得到较好的萃取条件。结果表明 ,用双水相萃取方法提取乳酸钙能有效去除乳酸钙中的蛋白质、葡萄糖、有机酸杂质 ,大大提高乳酸钙成品质量。

The distribution of calcium lactate in the PEG/phosphate two- phase system were discussed The dependence of partition coefficient of calcium lactate on the average molecular weight of PEG, the content of PEG, and the appropriate separation conditions was determined The result showed that two- phase system extraction methods could remove the impurity form calcium lactate such as protein, glucose, organic acid and the quality of calcium lactate could be improved
