以电子政务方式促进高校教学和科研管理的改革

面对信息时代激烈的竞争,充分利用计算机网络,实现高效率教学与科研管理是我们每一个管理人员面临的严峻课题。本文从分析当前教学、科研管理工作的现状入手,阐述了网络化管理的必要性,最后提出在我校实现电子政务的几点设想。
