利用麦胚良好的延展性 ,在尾磨系统中设置 14～ 18W的筛网可捕捉到纯净的麦胚。麦胚具有很高的营养价值 ,可以制取麦胚粉作为营养强化剂添加到各种食品中。麦胚中提取的胚芽油也可以作为各种保健品。

Taking advantage of the good extensibility of wheat germs, it is possible to recover pure wheat germs with 14～18 W screens positioned in a tailing roll system. Because of their very high nutritive value, wheat germs can be processed into germ flour to be supplemented into various foods as a nutritional enhancer. The oil extracted from wheat germs may also be used as a health food.
