摘要
在原料条件日益提高 ,稻谷加工技术、设备不断更新和完善的情况下 ,结合日本精米加工中的质量管理要求 ,谈精米加工企业如何做好加工中的质量监控。指出加工前的准备、加工中的监督、成品检验是精米加工中质量监控的主要环节。精米加工前的准备是保证精米质量稳定的基础 ;加工中的监督是预防精米质量事故的关键 ;成品最终检验是精米加工中质量监督的最终环节。并提出对精米的品质进行正确评价。
Under the conditions that the demands for raw material become higher and higher day by day, and the rice milling technology and equipment adopted are being upgraded and perfected unceasingly, this paper discusses how can a rice mill control its product quality well in production operation in the light of Japanese experience. It points out that the preparation before operation, the monitoring in process and product testing are the key links for quality control in rice milling. The preparation before operation is the basis to ensure the stabilization of white rice quality; the monitoring in process is the key for preventing the accidents of white rice quality; and product testing is the final link for quality control in rice milling. It also suggests that the quality of whitened rice should evaluated correctly.
