介绍了芦笋嫩茎采后的生理和品质变化以及嫩茎预冷、冷藏、人工调节气体 (CA)贮藏、自发气调 (MA)贮藏、γ 辐照处理和其他贮藏保鲜技术研究进展。
The physiologic and quality changes, and pro cooling, low temperature storage, controlled atmosphere storage,modified atmosphere storage,γ radiation treatment and other storage methods of asparagus (Asparagus offinalis L ) spear after harvest were summarized in this paper.
