As society develops and people's life improves,food detection and human's health become more and more important. This article introduces the modern content of food security,analyzes main contamination factors in food security,and further shows the necessity and impendency of food security research.Also,it explains the necessity of constructing a complete legal inspection and social management system to guarantee food security.Research in food security is not only a necessity of social development,but also an assurance of national health.
