摘要
将一株只产肌苷的Bacillus subtilis菌株 ,用物理、化学诱变剂处理 ,根据B subtilis核酸代谢理论精心设计不同筛选模型 ,先后有序地获得不同的营养缺陷型、关联酶的缺失或回复以及抗代谢类似物的突变株 ,解除终产物对代谢物的抑制和阻遏 ,最终得到一株只产鸟苷的新菌株 ,其鸟苷产量超过 2 0 g/L。
According to the theory of nucleic acid metabolism, we have designed the different select models. By means of physical and chemical mutagens to inosine production strain-Bacillus JSIM 1019, we have got the mutants of auxotroph of different component, the mutants lacking of relating enzyme, the mutants resisting some metabolic analog in turn. Restrain of the products to metabolite has been relieved. Finally we have got a new strain which can accumulate guanosine more than 20?g/L.
