我国近10年运动医学临床论著的评价——统计方法评价

Evaluation on the Clinical Originals on Sports Medicine During the Last Ten Years--Evaluation of Statistical Methods

旨在了解我国运动医学临床论著的统计方法现状。本文采用普查法对近 10年《中国运动医学杂志》和《体育科学》运动医学栏所刊出的临床论著的统计学方法进行评价。结果发现 79 8% ( 190 / 2 3 8)论文使用了假设检验 ,其中40 5 % ( 77/ 190 )仅列P值而未说明统计方法 ;已列出方法论文中存在T检验泛用、条件不满足使用的假设检验方法等错误。提示统计方法中存在较多问题 ,有待提高。

To realize the use of the present statistical methods of sports medicine clinical originals in our country,population survey is used to evaluate the statistical methods of every clinical original issued by 《Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine》and《Sports Science》respectively Results show that hypothesis testing is used in 79 8%(190/238) articles,40 5%(77/190)of which only list P value ;some articles which have described statistical methods exist wrong hypothesis testing Conclusion:many problems exist in statistical methods,which must be improved
