奇圣胶囊对运动员某些生化指标影响的实验观察

通过为期 4周的实验 ,从运动生化角度观察了奇圣胶囊对广东省现代五项队运动员身体机能状态和运动能力的影响 ,结果表明 ,补充奇圣胶囊 2周后能显著提高血红蛋白值 ,降低定量负荷运动后的血乳酸值 ,说明奇圣胶囊对于有氧能力提高有促进作用 ;补充奇圣胶囊能保持血睾酮水平的基本稳定 ,皮质醇明显下降 ,两者比值提高 ,有利于运动后的恢复 ,有助于身体对运动的适应和机能的提高 ;补充奇圣胶囊 2周后能显著提高糖酵解能商 (LQ)水平 ,对糖酵解供能系统供能能力有显著作用。
