体育锻炼缓解研究生抑郁和焦虑的研究 被引量:49

摘要 随机选取我校二年级研究生 2 45人 ,其中 13 9人进行了 3个月有规律的体育锻炼 ,通过SDS和SAS测试发现 :1 体育锻炼使抑郁超临界值人数明显降低 ;2 参加锻炼的男、女研究生 ,锻炼后其抑郁程度比锻炼前和没有参加锻炼的对照组显著降低 ;3 参加锻炼的女研究生 ,锻炼后其焦虑程度比锻炼前显著降低 ;4 仅发现女生的焦虑程度与运动量之间存在负相关 ,这一结果提示女研究生不宜进行大运动量的体育锻炼。 Randomly selected 245 postgraduates in our university,139 of them took a regular training for 3 months Before and after this period training, all of them inspected by SDS and SAS The results were that:1 The number of postgraduates whose SDS and SAS scale above 50 is decreased by 3 months training 2 The depression degree was significantly reduced in both male and female students on contrast with no training group and themselves 3 months ago; 3 After 3 months training only female postgraduates significantly reduced their anxiety degree 4 There was low relationship between the anxiety scale and exercise volume,this suggest that female students do not proper high intensity exercise
