第25、26、27届奥运会中国女排成功与失利因素的分析与研究

Analysis on Success and Failure of the Chinese Women Volleyball in the 25^(th) ,26^(th) and 27^(th) Olympic Games

通过对第 2 5、 2 6、 2 7届奥运会中国女排与世界强队之间身体条件、技战术情况、心理和思想素质的对比分析 ,阐述我国女排成功与失利的因素。结果表明 :中国女排除了弹跳方面无法与古巴队相比外 ,其余方面均与古巴队和其他世界强队在身体条件上相差无几 ;但技术相对粗糙 ,发挥不够稳定 ;战术运用单一 ,组成率和成功率均不理想 ,不能充分突出快攻特点 ,立体攻运用较少。

Compared with the other world_class women volleyball teams in physique,tactics and strategy,psychology and mentality in the 25 th ,26 th and 27 th Olympic Games,the author summarized the reasons of success and failure of Chinese women volleyball Results:the physique was the same as others,but jumping ability was interior to Cuban's,the strategy wasn't exquisite and steady when carried out,the types of tactics were fewer than other teams' the advantage of quick_attack could not be fully fulfiled and the success rate of tactics and trategy was lower,the psychology and mentality were not steady;the self_control ability was not good;Chinese women volleyball team lacks aggressiveness,tenacity and the spirit to play well till the end under great stress
