认知训练法在武术套路的动作技术教学中的应用研究

The Application Research of Cognition Training on Martial Art Technique Teaching

通过采用资料分析、对比分析等研究方法 ,对武术技术动作教学进行了研究 ,结果发现 :在武术套路的动作技术教学中 ,适当地采用认知训练手段 ,可充分发挥学员的认知作用 ,有利于加深学员对技术的理解 ,加快动作技术的掌握。

By using data analysis and comparison methods,the martial art technique teaching has been implemented both normal way and other way with cognition training.It results that technique teaching with appropriated cognition training is easier for the participants to play their cognitive role and to deepen their understanding of the technique.Therefore,the learning speed could be accelerated.
