摘要
通过对参加踢毽锻炼的中老年人锻炼前后身心健康的有关指标进行分析。结果表明 :经过 6个月的锻炼 ,精神状态、睡眠等主观指标均有显著改善 ;安静时的收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率及训练完后的即刻心率均较锻炼前显著下降 ;闭眼单足站立明显高于锻炼前 ;锻炼后反应能力快于锻炼前 ;锻炼者由臃肿变得结实、健美。
The indexes about physical and psychological health in the middle or old Men were analyzed before and after shuttlecock trainning. Results indicated:after shuttlecock training for six mouths,the spiritual and sleeping conditions and other subjective indexes were improved significantly.the systolic or diastolic pressure and the rate of respiration at rest and the heart after acute exercise were lower than those in pre-trainning.The lasting time while standing with single foot and eyes closed were longer than those in pre-trainning and the reactions were faster than before.They got solid,vigorous and graceful from overstaffed.
