青少年排球运动业余训练的研究

Study on Amatuer Adolescent Volleyball Training

采用调查与文献研究的方法 ,揭示了我国青少年排球业余体育训练现状和存在的问题与困难 ;指出主要原因首先是体制内容各方利益冲突 (学训矛盾、竞训矛盾和学员进出矛盾 ) ,青少年文化教育与运动训练协调发展最主要的矛盾之一是时间的冲突 ;其次是急功近利而导致训练效益低下的现象 ;第三是巨大的人口压力和有限的社会资源之间的矛盾对排球业余训练的影响 ;最后指出体育系统与教育系统独办青少年排球业余训练的弊端。从调整有关各方面利益和满足人们需求 ,建立健全青少年排球业余训练体系及建设高素质排球教练员和广开就业渠道等角度作了一些探讨 ,为排球后备人才的培养提供理论依据。

The status quo and the problems and difficulties in amatuer adolescent volleyball training were studeied by investigation and documentation.The primary causes of these problems and difficulties were found to be the conflicts within the education systerm(the conflicts between learning and training,between competition and training and between the trainees's entering and leaving the team).The causes of the conflict between adolescents' learning and training were elaborated.The first was time.The second was the more_haste_less_speed effect induced by our training principles.The third lay in the population and the limited resources.And the last was the disadvantage of sponsoring amatuer adolescent volleyball training from within the education or physical education system.Suggestions were made accordingly in order to solve these problems and different ways to eliminating or minimizing the difficulties were also discussed,intended to provide references.
