摘要
牛免疫反应和抗病基因的检测由于目前尚不能用简便灵敏的试剂鉴别BoLA—Ⅱ类基因产物,对牛免疫反应遗传控制的研究目前还没有普遍开展。此外,要得到有意义的家系或群体鉴定资料也很困难。群体研究可用于显隐性关系的研究(Tiwari等,1985)。
To improve the genetic disease-resistance of cattle by means of selective breeding and genetic engineering is greatly significant theoretically and prsctically for the further development of farming of dairy and beef cattle. This paper has introduced the present situation of the researches on major histocompatibility complex (MHC), and the relation between MHC and genetic immune response and disease resistance. It has expounded the function of genic groducts and the genic polymorphism of MHC, and the relation between the polymorphism and susceptibility and disease resistance. It has also put forward the detecting tactics of immune response gene and disease resistance gene. At last, It has discussed the significance of this research and the prospects for its application to husbandry.
