近年来冰淇淋的生产不断发展,为了满足消费者的需求,市场上出现了多种风味冰淇淋,并将保健性配料加入冰淇淋配方中等等,本文对此简要作一介绍。
In recent years ice cream continue to evolve, meeting consumers trend, there are wide rarge of flavor inclusion and healthy promoting ingredients are used in ice cream preparation, it is briefly introduced in this paper.
