摘要
采用文献资料法、观察法、调查法、实验、数理统计法,对学生在接发球教学过程中的心理进行分析,并把一套自我暗示心理训练法运用于接发球教学中,结果表明:不同的心理紧张程度对接发球的稳准性影响很大。在接发球教学中引入心理训练法,效果明显,为体育教学提供了新的思路和方法。
This thesis devotes to the study of students' psychological training in the teaching of reception of service by means of literature consultation,observation,experiments and mathematical statistics. The study shows that psychological stress has a great influence on the stability in the reception of service and the application of psychological training of auto-suggestion to the teaching proves to be effective and a new approach to the physical education.
