高校对中小学体育与健康课师资的培养

A Study on the Training of School Physical Education and Health-care Teachers in Universities

为配合中小学开设体育与健康课程的需要,高校体育教育专业应尽快培养具有全新教育观念、适应体育与健康课程教学、高素质合格的体育教师。并就师资的培养方法进行了探讨。

In the paper the author points out that in order to satisfy the needs of P. E. and health-care subjects in primary and middle schools, P. E. majors in the institutions of higher education should train high-qualities and qualified P. E. teachers as soon as possible, which have new education concept and suit the needs of P. E. and health-care subjects. On the other hand the author probes into the methods to the training of the teachers.
